The neighborhood
A central and lively Parisian district with many stores nearby.
The Grands Boulevards are within a 5-minute walk, and there you will find many restaurants, a movie theater, theaters, and a lot more!
You are 15 minutes from Marais and the Halles. This district is one of the oldest in Paris. Very picturesque and with an almost village ambiance, this place attracts with the famous market and the many food stores (early fruit and vegetables, butchers, cheese mongers, bakeries...)
The pedestrian neighborhoods Montorgueil and Étienne Marcel with all types of boutiques are just outside the apartment. The streets perpendicular to Rue Montorgueil are full of restaurants, bars and cocktail bars, and trendy night clubs. The Opera and the Louvre Museum are just 20 minutes away.
Between 5 and 15 min. by metro you can find: The Saint Germain des Près neighborhood, the Opéra Garnier, the Galeries Lafayette, the Place Vendôme, the Place de la Concorde, the Champs-Elysées, Montmartre, the Eiffel Tower, etc.
Between 5 and 30 minutes on foot you will find: The Les Halles, the Louvre, the Palais Royal, the Pont Neuf, the Seine, the Marais, the Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Musée Beaubourg/Centre Pompidou, the Pont des Arts, the Place des Victoires, etc.
You will see that we are really in the center of Paris!
