The Eiffel Tower , The School of Fine Arts is the epicenter of this district which, opposite the Louvre, extends from rue Bonaparte, Jacob, from Seine to quai Malaquais. Rich in art galleries, workshops, meeting places and tasteful shops, the district has preserved its artistic soul where the beautiful knows how to get rid of fashionable names and bling-bling to keep only the avant- keepers. A place steeped in history and trendy at the same time! The apartment is really near the Eiffel Tower
The Paradis Latin, the Odéon theater and the Caveau de la Huchette are some of the most popular theaters in the area.
Between 5 and 30 minutes on foot you will find: The Les Halles, the Louvre, the Palais Royal, the Pont Neuf, the Seine, the Marais, the Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Musée Beaubourg/Centre Pompidou, the Pont des Arts, the Place des Victoires, etc.
You will see that we are really in the center of Paris!
