The space
Located in the heart of Paris, in the famous historical district of Montorgueil-Sébastopol, 5 minutes walk from the Marais district, this bright and spacious apartment will welcome you in a peaceful and warm atmosphere. It is on the second floor of a beautiful XIXth century building, with elevator and magnificent staircase, not overlooked.
Thanks to its super central location, in one of the most lively and charming districts of the city, you will plunge into the village atmosphere of the Paris of yesteryear, at the time when the "Halles" (market halls) made the heart of the capital beat.
You will discover the many renowned food shops of the pedestrian street Montorgueil (early fruits and vegetables, butcher's shops, delicatessens, cheese shops, caterers, bakeries, pastry shops, including the Stohrer house, the oldest in the city, founded in 1730, where the baba au rhum was invented!) and will be seduced by the friendliness of the neighborhood markets (5 minutes away on foot: Saint-Eustache-Les Halles market on Sunday mornings and Thursdays, and the Bourse market on Tuesday and Friday). You can also enjoy all the charms of Parisian life with nearby
- typical brasseries (at the corner of the street: Les Petits Carreaux, open early in the morning until late at night!)
- a wide variety of restaurants: world cuisine and French gastronomy (we especially like L'Escargot Montorgueil, with its sumptuous decor, where you can taste the best snails in Paris and which was frequented by the greatest artists of the beginning of the 20th century such as Sarah Bernhardt, Marcel Proust, Sacha Guitry, Jean Cocteau, Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dali or even Charlie Chaplin who had made it his Parisian canteen)
- many bars, cinemas and theaters just a few steps away!
Don't hesitate to wander around Paris: the Louvre, the Georges Pompidou-Beaubourg center, the Grévin museum, the Samaritaine and Notre-Dame are less than 20 minutes away on foot; the Eiffel Tower, the Orsay museum, the Arc de Triomphe and Montmartre are less than half an hour away by metro. The metro station (sentier) is at the foot of the building, it's convenient! If you prefer to ride your bike, nothing could be easier: borrow a Vélib' parked in front of the entrance door! Paris-Branché is also a few steps away from the Marais district or the designer boutiques of the rue Etienne Marcel.
Decorated with great taste, our Esprit Nature apartment overlooks a tree-lined alley on one side and a very quiet courtyard on the other. It can accommodate up to 8 people, in optimal conditions with its 3 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and a connected TV, its 2 bathrooms with washing machine & dryer, its spacious and cosy living room with a connected TV and a king-size sofa-bed, as well as its fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious dishes made with all the excellent products of the Montorgueil market...
The apartment is ideal for families but also offers a very functional co-working space with 2 desks and a large table to work individually in peace or collaborate in meetings.
A baby bed and a baby chair (the both payents) are also available on demand. The arrival is done autonomously.
This apartment is equipped with an ambient noise detector to avoid disturbing the neighborhood and as such in case of excess an agent can call you and move

Parking
The Indigo Réaumur Saint-Denis underground parking lot is the closest and is exactly 120 meters from the apartment. Very attractive rates (50 to 70€ per week, depending on the period) by simply downloading the OPnGO app on your mobile. You can also park 24/7 at the Parking Sentier, 41 Rue du Sentier
You can also sometimes find places in the surrounding streets but be careful, parking in Paris is not free!
Getting around
We can provide you with a cab transfer for your trips (airport / train station / Paris)
- Metro station SENTIER Line 3, at the foot of the building and RÉAUMUR Line 4 at 3 mn to reach in 5 to 30 mn ALL the tourist places of Paris
Other things to note
The building is residential and all the inhabitants know each other, thank you to respect the calm and the cleanliness of the place. The apartment is strictly non-smoking and parties are absolutely forbidden.
